How can paypal balance turn negative?

    If someone opened a dispute,but you didn't have enough balance.then your paypal will become neg

    1 more thing to consider is when your a/c balance falls negetive, THEY CHARGE YOUR CREDIT CARD for the same amount. (i have experienced it)

    Pay pal is one type of transferring the money on-line When we can create a pay pal account or When we can transfer the money to the somebody's other account then some times it gives the negative value. Case or money is going to other account when our account no is already right .

    Click on withdraw, then transfer to bank account - make sure you actually have an account linked though, first off :)
