the best directory submission is done by hand. using automated software is a good way to get your site blacklisted

 

I would not use fully automated directory submission software as you have no control over where your site is listed. You can use semi-automated as you can then pick and choose which sites to submit to, although initially a lot of trial and error is needed to find the directories that will accept your sites.

If you do not like submitting manually you can hired someone of Fiverr for $5 to do submissions for you, or you can outsource to freelancers.
