    How much did it cost you to create? Take that amount and increase it generously so you can make a profit.

    we haven't power local affiliates ( can working with English affiliates ? ) .

    all i can say is try to appeal to people on non-english forums or blogs and promote your site to various sites like that, i don't know what language your site exactly is but just try to include products, articles, pictures and things that appeal to that country/language/culture...?
