Paypal problem with buyer

    Last week buyer filled a paypal dispute of $98 as I wasn't able to deliver the item in time.But then when he received the item then he resolved the dispute with paypal.Now yesterday he filled a chargeback using credit card for no reason.Will he get his money back?

    Did he pay you using his credit card or paypal? Because I don't think we can re-open the dispute for same transaction twice or may be I am missing out something?

    But he can chargeback with his credit card provider?
