My website called pile of plop dot com has disappeared from Google SERPs. What has gone wrong?

I copied all the content from an established website - changed a couple of words (obviously) and added a few of my own such as LOL and OMG. All the pages had the suggested keyword density even if it meant that they were difficult to read. Why is this happening to me?

If this isn't a joke, I may never go on the internet again.

Your website may have been penalized by google because you may have posted your website to spammy links or you had built an overdose backlinks for your website...this may have caused your website in penalization

pile of plop dot com - is your main keyword in the url? Maybe someone gave you a thumbs-down in their Chrome browser.

    You aren't banned then.

Go to Google and do a search like this site:yoursitedomain.com ... if pages show up, you aren't banned.

It was a joke... Only a small minority of posters realised! What does that say about many DP members? How many of you must be carrying on in the same way as the hypothetical owner of the fictitious website named in the post thread? Copying content is widespread but perhaps this time, with the recent changes to the algorithm, you lot (the content thieves) will be finished.
