I hold a premium account in Filesonic since 3 March. However, I noticed that my download are not earning anything. I check my settings and saw it was set to Pay Per Sale. I tried to change it to Pay Per Download. I received auto email to verify the change but after I click on the verification link I get the message "the email... is already in the database" and no change was made. I wrote support on 4 March about this and until now I have not received any response. I tried it a couple of times and got the same message that the email is already in the database. Today I tried putting a new email in the paypal id and guess what -- it gave me the same message that the email is already in the database which is impossible since this is the first time I've use it.

Once made threads cannot be deleted or edited, only forum moderators can do this. Your resolved message is all needed, as last page of threads is counted most of the time.
