Where to find someone to write a letter?

I need someone to write me a letter that I can send out to potential customers.

I'm not sure how much my budget is, but does anyone have any ideas?

I need someone who can sell me SEO and web dev services.

You could start by creating a thread in the B/S/T section (which you can't right now, but make sure you have 25 non-spam posts in 14 days and it'll be fine). There are some professionals here who will be able to help you out ;)

Eventually search Google for articles or ebooks about how to write 'killer sales-letters' ;)

Check out the warrior forums, warrior for hire section.
I do sales letters in there, and have a high reputation for my conversion rate :)

Fiverr.com and Warriors for Hire are both good possibilities. You could also try elance.com or odesk.com -- they both have great people willing to work inexpensively, and you can see how they did in English (if they're from another country) in their ratings and test scores. You can make a one-time offer; I'm not sure if there's a minimum amount to offer, but you can check.

Don't bother spending your money on someone who will just look at Google to see how it is done. Try doing it yourself. You will save money and will learn something new.
