Issue Refund

    i have receive 5 usd from client after two day paypal says " Issue Refund " what is meant of Issue Refund i dont undrestand please anybody explain me about that

    You need to issue him a refund because he might have requested one perhaps?

    That is incase if you wish to refund full or partial to your buyer for that transaction.

    Its only an option , if in case you wish to issue refund to the seller. No need to take it so seriously. :)
