    * automation tools, auto typers, macros and bots used to circumvent restrictions on games or other applications (e.g. RuneScape bots)
    * network and systems abuse scripts
    * circumvention of and/or provision of instructions to circumvent security measures
    * unnecessary port scans
    * threatening, harassing, or obscene content
    * anonymizers/proxies without password protection and sufficient logging (including open mail proxies, anonymous web surfing proxies)
    * proxy detection scripts
    * unsolicited and/or mass advertising via forums, blogs, comment forms, and newsgroups
    * mail bombing, email address harvesting, and/or unsolicited email (including bulk mail sent to unconfirmed recipients and individual unsolicited advertisement or link exchange requests)
    * HYIPs (high-yield investment programs)
    * excessive overutilization of resource limits
    * evasion of bans or blacklistings by changing domains/IPs

    Have a look at VPS deals from happy-hosting and hostrail provide.
    They have many VPS deals which are available for the greater part of the web masters.
    Support is excellent and there is no downtime on their servers.

    you said you guys do not allow
    "* excessive overutilization of resource limits"
    and the person is looking for VPS that he can run
    "CPU-intensive applications"

    so don't make him offers if you can't meet the requirements (just my 2 cents)

    "* excessive overutilization of resource limits", not excessive use of resource. This rule its aplyed if user buy a vps with 1ghz CPU and use 2ghz, not if uses the 1ghz that have right
