why ALWAYS when i download files very big (> 1 gb) the download goes very fast (10mbps) but at the end the final 200/300 mb the download speed drops down to 200 kbps always?

I think first you need to look at your Payments > Status Then ask questions

 

No matter what I try I can't get my upload speed higher than 100kbs. I have a 50Mbs connection so that will not be the problem.

I use Web Upload.

Worst is that most uploads don't make it. Stops half way or don't appear in the folder at all.

Im trying to get my files from Hotfile to Filesonic (about 1.5Tb ... imagen)


Any tips ??

 

I just received payment for the period Feb 26th to March 4th.
I did receive the amount I earned from downloads and sales but did NOT receive the promo payment despite it being requested.

Similarly I don't think I received the promo payment from the previous week either.
In both cases, the promo payment was requested within the appropriate timeframe and it said the amount would be added to the total. However, there was no change to the total showing and I thought it might be reflected in thh payout. i was specifically watching this time and definitely did not receive the promo payout.

Username and email are the same as the ones used here. Thanks

 

I too checked it, Feb 25% promo (all weeks) have not been added to total amount.

I was wrong, its been added.

I have rechecked it, its been added in payments, you can know this by first get the grand total from statistics (by selecting the entire range of time you working with filesonic) and then add paid + unpaid from payment section, now subtract this from grand total (from statistics page) you'll get the total Feb 25% bonus amount.

 

The Feb 25% promo is not paid separately for my paypal account?

I have not received any payment extra in my paypal.

 

This promo is different from December (where you get separate promo payment to paypal account)

1.what is "Free User Download Limit" in FSO Settings? it means that you only can download a single file of maximum size or how many files do you download has the total size limited ?

2.Remote Upload User can't add hotfile account?

3.How could I do manual payout per week? every week FSO send non-all payment to me automatically.

$3.43 fron promo which WAS requested but was NOT added to total.
$33.75 received on Tuesday, no promo included
And I believe it had also happened for the previous weekend

 

hi can any staff from filesonic change my pps to ppd? i just started yesterday and im still on preparation stage and when i tried to change it says i need to wait 6 days before i can change my plan. thanks and more power to filesonic.

Hey Hish does Filesonic server support resume broken upload with ftp? Meaning: if my connection is down for 1 sec and then comes up will I be able to continue uploading that file or will it start from the beginning again?
