    I think it is neither from US or from India, but lot of them are from China. I have seen myself lots and lots of people on my chat messenger as well as the chinese facebook sites, lot of advertising posts.

    Its India...... And as said by Shawn.... it might be true.... since more number of Experts more number of fraudlent...... So can experience more fake SEO experts naming them as SEO master .. guru etc....
    Anyhow when it means in number... it is India. And most of the internet marketing fellows in DP is Indians I think so.. Is it right Shawn?

    Most of the ones that get banned for spamming, yes... they are from India. But this site has FAR more users from the United States than any other country (I believe India is 5th highest country).

    I find the communication breakdown tends to (but not always) lead to low quality of work, this happens with most none native English speaking countries such as India etc.
