$57 - Create .gif ad

i want an ad with the following

1. Use this same font in this image AND style of drawing

2. words in the image should say

3. i want a picture of a man or woman (almost the same as the one in #1)

4. i want the chest area to have a heart that GLOWS (.gif part)

arun - yours look good. is it possible to make the red part glow?
it should grow increase in color ....not blink

i do not but it's some handwriting font.

arun did the best job so far......his glows....
it doesnt blink

i didnt want it in the shape of a heart...but at least a part of the chest (where the heart is located) to be glowing
