Help migrate joomla and Seyret

    Hello

    I've got a website with 6000 registered members and 10.000+ videos

    I use joomla 1.0.15 and the old seyret 2.8.5

    Can anyone help migrate joomla and seyret to the latest... joomla 1.5.22 and seyret 0.3.0.5 please

    I don't want to lose members and videos
