Paypal has given me wrong info! please help me

Hello all
i got a bank account and i tried to add that account on paypal but the name on my bank account does not match with the name on my paypal account. So i requested paypal to change my name in my account.
They replied that instead of changing the name, why dont you close this account and start a new account with the same email and your desired name.
I tried to opena new account but this time it asked for my PAN number which i dont have as iam below 18
so now i dont have nay paypal account now and i cannot create one also
iam stuck
please help me
i have some payments to accept

 

I think u can apply for pan no under age of 18.

 

Make one in ur dad's name till u become 18.

 

That is really sad but you have to add a pan card no use your dads no that is the best option given by my friend jagan1981

 

i cant as bank account is on my name not my fathers name
