You first need to have a domain and running website in which they will review and make sure it is in line with their Terms Of Service (website review usually takes 1-2 weeks). Adsense is a Pay Per Click technique as when someone clicks on an ad, you get a percentage of what the advertiser was paying for the ads on your site (Google takes it's own unknown percentage for each click as well). Simply add the Google Adsense code to your website via a HTML editor after you have an approved account and you're ready to go!
If you already have a website to run your adsense, all you need to do is get traffic and convert those traffic into clicks and earn $$$.
just create a really goood website, then lots of people will come to it and then you'll make a ton of money off cpc advertising
or you could write a lot of content, and hope that google will rank your website high in search engines. that way a lot of people visit your site through search, and then you make a lot of money off ppc

Hi, PPC and Adsense both are different. PPC means paying money to Google to advertise your business through a website. Adsense means Google will put those advertisement on your website if you qualify for the same. And you can generate revenue if anybody clicks on that advertisement.
Your question title is "How one can earn money through PPC?" If you know about PPC/adword, then you can use it to promote some affilaite product on your own blogs/sites and can make good commission out of it.
