Oh definitely. She can encourage her male patients to be more honest alright. I saw the Youtube video and she gives more 'naked' sessions to men than women. I'd bet she uses her body to attract men and have them come back for more sessions which gives her a lot more money. While I don't question her knowledge in therapy, this is a very attractive strategy to suck more money from patients, especially with men.
