Paypal Canadian Surcharge and taxes

    I am using Paypal Express Checkout in my site.
    From the shopping cart user is redirected to the paypal site and there he enters his address details etc.
    Now the problem is, in admin section i have set up a canadian surcharge and tax for each CDN province.
    I want to apply and show this tax and surcharge to the customer before he clicks 'Pay Now'

    youll have to work with paypays api otherwise you could do this prior to going to paypal and simply add this into the total and send them an invoice breakdown to inform them of the service charge

    how does the 'CALLBACK' before setexpresscheckout work ?
    what should be done in the url ?
