If those downloads are unique, then yes they are counted, however there is a limit to $$ earned per ip per 24 hours to limit abuse, but this limit is generous and usually is not reached with normal use.
We count about 8-10 downloads from same ip to prevent abuse. It based upon traffic quality. Please check our affiliate page. http://filehook.com/make_money.html
