first thing that I noticed and almost just closed the window for, was the slow load time. I think there are too many posts, IMHO the content should not be that much longer than the sidebars. Not really a site I would frequent. Best of luck
Load time is really a killer here. Yikes! Limit the posts to just a few for the front page with concise "excerpts" to lead the visitor in. Avoid your use of frames. Not great for SEO and not necessary for what you're trying to do with the "Keep in Touch" part. But really focus on that load time...
Load time actually wasn't that bad for me. My concern is the mis-spelling of "categories" on the right sidebar. I've also never been a fan of adding a "recent posts" widget. I usually like adding the top 5 posts or something like that. I like the design, but I might move both the RSS feed image and the search to the top right side on the same line as your title and tagline.

thanks for the response, what is IMHO? and what would you say is the reason a person like yourself may not want to visit the site is it the layout of the site?
Just tested your site in Pingdom - http://tools.pingdom.com/?url=http:...w=0&column=objectID&order=1&type=0&save=false Load time was 5.7 for me, so nevermind about the load time - I guess that's not so bad as I first thought. But in Chrome the alignment of the ads in the white box are off, they are overflowing into the content area. Cheers!
Thanks bkurios, I have been trying to figure out how to convert my post to excerpt... I have tried looking it up on wordpress and copied and paste code in the theme editor and completely messed my site up. Do you know how I would change the post into excerpts? and secondly to recover my site?...I am brand spanking new at this
