How to build quality backinks?

I knew backlink is one of the factor that helping us to increase the Page rank, but how can we build quality backlink? Any idea? Please help. Thanks

 

You should do article marketing and put in your links in the article resource boxes. You can submit your articles to various article directories, these are good as they are good authority sites. Another way is pay webmasters of high PR pages. You can get them to link back to you. Submit your website to thousands of link directories. You must have a good exposure to many types of backlinks.
