if you are indian , you can use the paypal balance to buy a product etc..

still we have no any problem regarding the new policy

It worked for me (Business acc) till march 4th but after that unable to send.

 

I cleared some bills yesterday night without any problem. Bills were about 100-200 $.

 

same question I am not getting it too? all need a credit card or a vcc or virtual credit card?

 

but I have paid for a dedicated IP on 2nd march without any trouble.

I couldn't pay yesterday from my PayPal account after this new policy and today they have limited my account when I tried to withdraw money. They gave me the plain old vague reason that my account showed some unusual login activity? Come on Paypal we are in India and we have DYNAMIC IP address assigned by our ISPs. If my IP changes, you flag my account?

Now, the worst thing is they are asking me to verify my CC to withdraw the limit. While they know it very well that one cannot add a CC to their account when the account is limited. DO NOT BE EVIL PAYPAL

 

Just call Paypal from below mumber using Skype(you can talk for free to Paypal number using Skype) and give details what Paypal needed and Paypal will restore your Paypal account within 24 hours

This is ridiculous.Now I have to ask my sister in US to pay for me.I withdrawd all my money on 28th feb...thank god

 

It's already 6th today, whats actually happening? are these new rules not going to be applied?
I think we should call paypal and verify this, if at all they are going to apply the changes that they notified last month.

Not working for me. My Client send me $600 but faild then he sent the amount in two parts $499 and $101.

Guys what's the purpose of you select when you withdraw money from your paypal acc to your bank account?

Today's the D-day for automatic 7 day bank withdrawals. I've removed my bank account and waiting to see what happens!
