beware of bidtraffic chargebacks...

decided to give bidtraffic a try after some posts here. it was all going fine until i requested payout - and then they did a "chargeback" of almost all the money.

 

I am not wondered about chargebacks for pharma ads, as entire pharma online industry is high risk industry exactly because of such client chargebacks, so you get same problems with pharma advertisers.
But bidtraffic really helping you to prevent such problems, they are very friendly unlike other ad networks.

 

Try again, you can always signup with new account with same website but u need different email and new nickname because you might be blocked by 7search now

 

i always request my payment when they reach $50 and till now i didn't meet the same problem.

 

Don't take it otherwise, where is your 2011-02-11 - 2011-03-01 earning?

I didn't have the ad up after 2/11 because I wanted to see if they paid first. not suspicious at all

 

Why don't you contact support if your traffic was legit?

Stay away from this ad network. They do not reply to the issues I sent them, support team is dead, they dissabled my account without even sending one e-mail, this just happened when I requested the payment, very rude behavior ,so my advice is to avoid signing-up with bidtraffic!

Nice to see that other webmaster received money but why not sending an e-mail before ending an account?

 

You should direct contact or open a support ticket from publisher area.
You cannot say their support is horrible because from my side, i get good support by ticket system. And they are very helpful.

 

I say what I see, I respect every business which is dealing fine with its clients, I STILL did not receive any e-mails from them and don't tell me to look in my spam folder.
One thing is for sure, I will not reopen another account with Bidtraffic and I suggest others to stay away!
