Social Media marketing has become very popular Companies are targeting and exposing this option I even promote CPA offers built to get social media traffic like from facebook or youtube

Yeah Social media is playing a major role in customer relation.I ll tell u one thing ppl, its very important that you have to get it touch with your old customer rather than bringing new customers to your business.That way all social networking sites especially facebook (jus coz of fan pages) playig fair role.And ameliajp, I have shifted myself from Adwords to Facebook ads after making a very detailed research.I think my experience I shared here will help you.
You wouldn't use your personal account for marketing. You'd need to make a new account dedicated to the website you are promoting. Honestly, using social media for marketing doesn't have anything to do with customer relations. It's primary purpose to bolster your website's search performance/rank. You'll normally want to bring in unique views rather than retaining old customers in most cases where you're using social media for seo. The only cases where you would prefer repeat customers over new are in instances where you are running an online store.
Yeah Social media marketing is really good. It is one of the popular way that can bring huge profits...I must say this helps alot for getting targetted traffic and this is the way how i got rankings for my website too. The more you market your product / service, the more benefits come in..
