    I agree with you 100%, i mean they government should try solving issues like the liimitless mega scams and billions of blackmoney being transferred in swiss bank accounts by ever corrupt politicians and others... not all this

    Bribes are being demanded from them and they are still trying to settle on a reasonable amount. The government is not leaving even one single chance to let go potential bribes.

    If yes, that means you can't accept payment from another Indian even though the credit card is attached.
