Just tried speed test files from your GERMANY server. It's pretty slow. Only getting around 100-150 kb/s. I had a server located in Germany as well & im getting around 500-800 kb/s. In the other hand your SEATLE server is pretty fast. Getting 1.7-2.0 mb/s. Anyways good luck.
