    One of my contacts sent me this image saying, I can use this theme in wordpress. Can anyone tell me if this is a wordpress theme? Please tell me, where can I find this theme in Wordpress?

    give me the url of websites or manually u can chk with view source search for wp-content-wp-plugin theme and guess

    or might be customized wp theme

    If you or your contact have access to the url then just type on a browser address field http://whateverURL.com/wp-admin; easiest way to determine if it's a wordpess one

    Dont have the URL, I just received this as an image with a image name : item_1865538153.jpg
    How can I check with view source if I have a site.

    really how can I create this one ?

    It doesn't matter if this is WP theme or not. Just install wordpress and choose any free theme from your Appearance menu. This should help for the start and it's very easy. (and the choice is quite big)
