wordpress custom themes

    I want to make a custom theme for my site. does anyone know a good / cheap website for custom wordpress themes?

    I am getting a custom theme for my site as well and using Webimax. I don't think that they are cheap relative to whatever else is out there, but they are very reputable company which makes me feel very secure.
