Paypal Negative Balance -1600$ | Please help me to solve this

Hi,
my paypal with my real address , real information , real bank account and real credit card . It now has negative balance - 1600$ due to some buyers complaints . I have been using paypal for more than 1 year without problem but now it was limited due to some business problems . I'm not going to pay back this since this is not my fault and I'm not person who was responsible for this debt amount . So please let me know your advice .
1 ) Can paypal charge directly to my credit card if they want to take back -1600$ ( Without my authorization ) ?
2 ) Can paypal take money from my bank to fill this debt ? ( Without my authorization )
3 ) Should I close my bank account and my credit card ? I really don't want this since it affect to many things .
4) Will paypal do everything to take back this amount ?

Yes. It can happen. Kindly remove the credit card and bank account details attached right now and try to solve the problem with your buyer. However, you can't close your PayPal account when it is under limitation.

I think Paypal can recover the money from your credit card.

I would suggest you contact Paypal and explain your situation.

I added my Vietnam bank account to that paypal , I'm going to cancel credit card to void unauthorized charging . Can they charge my Vietnamese bank without my authorization ?
I can't change my bank account number , I'm going to transfer it to another account ( same bank ) and leave that account as ZERO BALANCE, can they still charge my bank ?
If they can't charge credit card and can't charge my bank ? What will they do ? I don't scare about third party they hire to get back this 1600$ and I don't think that they will spend money to get back this small amount , just want to know to see if paypal have some another ways or not .

If this is from a scam then contact Paypals support. Tell them the issue, but usually they dont quickly zero out the balance and they are able to withdraw from your bank on their own terms. It depends if the account is verified or not.

I'm staying in Vietnam . Can paypal withdraw from my bank account without my authorization even I left it as ZERO balance ( I transferred funds to another account at same bank ).

No,they can't take the money out of your bank account.

 

I think they can take your money from your CC, but they can't do that from your bank account without your permission. But, you should contact paypal to clearing this problems. Because your negative balance is high.

 

You need to close your credit card as soon as possible.
There won't be a problem with your bank account as its zero balance.

 

Well there is no smoke without fire! Are you sure didn't do anything wrong? 1600$ is a big amount, you should probably talk to your buyer and get the problem sorted out from the source itself rather living in fear about they debiting money from your CC or Bank a/c or worrying about recovering agents knocking your door.

I have transferred and received more than 30.000$ within 3 months without problems , now this case is quite weird and I'm trying to let paypal understand and help me to solve this . I have refunded many unauthorized transactions without any holding , but this case is not like that and I can't let 1600$ go out of my budget due to these bad buyers . I also don't like to lose this paypal account , I have used this for more than 2 year with quite much large transactions every month and it has been staying in good status for a long time . I just want to ask in case paypal can't help me well. Since Paypal accepted these complaints , I will lose more than just a 1600$ , so I will close cc and leave my bank account in zero balance just in bad case . Paypal limited my account and asked for some invoices or tracking numbers , but in fact these buyers bought Virtual Object and they got it instantly through mail , how can I provide these proofs to paypal ? It's reason why I'm worrying that paypal will not help me well . I have contacted their through email but I'm not sure that they will respond to me or not .

I just tried to call them , first supporter told me that they can't remove limitation at the moment , they need more information about our service and how I delivery virtual goods to buyers . She told me to wait 30 minutes and she will send me an email with all steps need to do to send them documents . This supporter is quite good and have good english , but after 4 hours I still didn't receive anything.......lol
Then I tried to call again , this time I met a bad support with too bad english , I tried to explain and ask how to send them documents and help them to investigate this , but all of thing this stupid girl can say is " sorry please send email " " sorry we don't need any documents" "Sorry you need to wait only ok ? " ??? really angry with these type of support , take me 40 minutes at 15$ phone calling fees for nothing . Previous supporter just take me 5 minutes for all , but didn't know why she didn't send anything as she told ....

Anyone know how to communicate with paypal and send them documents to reviews ? I can't upload doc files to resolution centers
