Yes those recent changes by Google really makes the importance of using good content and a healthy use of both short and long tail keywords (with low competition of course) relevant. No more worrying about the next greatest plugin or must have SEO service
Submit your site to as many privately run Link Directories/Search Engines as you can find. These will not generally boost your traffic in any major way but will help to maintain steady stream of qualified visitors.
I do get quite a lot of traffic via twitter but it isn't very targeted. It's ok if it takes no time to do and you may get 1 sale per month from, but as a money maker I would avoid twitter.
Hi, What you can do is article marketing, building backlinks, search engine optimization and use squidoo. Facebook is one of the best places to get your traffic. You should try pay per click. Though it is paid, it is pretty good. If you have no budget for that, you can learn to get facebook ads for free. Just check my sig out.
You can use SEO method like social bookmarking, directory submission etc. I hope if you try to do this then you will get more traffic. Please don't wast time. Try to do right now.
I use to have an account with Onlywire for social bookmarking and I guess that did work pretty good. I like things to be automated some what so I don't have to do it each time manually. As of directory submission haven't tried that at all, but I guess its good for backlinks. Do you know any Free social bookmarking sites like Onlywire on the market now ?
Started using stumble upon website and its working pretty good. I used Onlywire to submit to mysites and then a few hours later I checked my stats and I got a nice traffic boost of over 300 people. I don't even know where they came from, but will be using this site from now on for sure.
