Buying Picture upload service to WP

    Hello
    I need somebody who can upload pictures to my Wordpress site.

    - I need the user sign up to Imageshack
    - Paste the image direct link to my WP
    - Upload the thumb image to the site
    - Paste the title (I'll give you all this info)
    - Upload

    Need this for 21 images.
