You can and it's best that you post on the good ones. Some directories will reject your articles if they don't think they are unique.

Yes you can do but duplicate contents from different article directories but these type of links can easily be understood by Google and ultimately will provide in less link juice to your rankings. Try spinning your content with you very own words if you are aware of spyntax.

Unless the article directory site told you to submit original articles; by default, article directories can be submitted with same article.

BUT, the quality of the article will be reduce due to duplicate content.

There are certain TOS for each and every article submission directories, you are liable of following their terms. In SE point of view, a duplicated article with the source is not a problem while without the source, they are not at all good. So it is better to rewrite the entire article and post it in different submission sites.

Everyone do it same work. But you should try article spinner for every article directory.I have also used article spinner for article submission. Thanks and try it.

Do not submit one article in too many article directories. You can little spin the article before submitting at different places/directories.

yes you can post one article of different article directories but in this way you will get less link juice. If you want to take fully advantage of article directories then you have to post unique article to each directory.

Yes spin the article and then submit to directories. Make sure you do not submit to all directories at once (it does not look natural and Google may penalize you)

Dear spoiledkid The right and 100% Sure answer is

    (1) you can submit 1 article maximum in 50 sites.
    (2) If You will Submit in more than 50 sites this content will be spam.
    (3) You can put link only in one article site as anchor text(link in body).
    (4) In Other 49 sites you can put link in Author panel(Source).
    (5) Your article should be maximum 3 link.

There are so many factors for article publish but this time it's enaugh..
