Buying Difficult Job so I need an Expert Coder.

I am looking for an Expert Coder, I say expert because i have had 6 coders trying to fix my problem and they all FAILED.

As you can see by the pictures, the 1st picture shows the tcat about 2 mm from the bottom of the shoutbox, I need that tcat touching the bottom.

Now the 2nd picture shows the tcat with a column and some wires, and i need that removed from the top of my forum underground team management.

What forum software are you using? And are you wanting the bar the wires are coming out of to take the place of the bar floating 2mm below the shout box?
