Could you confirm the terms:
Buyer purchases site.....
If the buyer shows you his adsense account for the 90 days after the sale and there is no 30 day period during which 400 dollars was made, you will refund the purchase price?
In the event of a refund, are the adsense earnings generated by the sites over the 90 day period kept by the buyer or returned to you?
The sites are entirely automated so the buyer gives you cash, doesn't do a thing with them and then either makes 400 dollars within a 30 day period or gets his money back. Literally the buyer has to do nothing?
