yup as said its popup domination which i usually install for my autoblog clients... good one and highly recommended

Yeah popup domination is one of the best pop up plugin, but sometime it's really annoying your visitor. I think subscriber magnet is better.

 

Subscribers Magnet is amazing, but it's not dedicated to making popups. It does many other things. If you just want popups and more popup-related features, then Popup Domination or PlatinumPopup are better.

Depending on the settings you use for Popup Domination, it can be very polite and not annoy your visitors. For example, you can set it to only display popup at the 3rd pageview and not be displayed ever again when closed.

You could also try optinbar if you're looking for something a little less obtrusive. It allows you to put the popups in different locations/sizes.
