    promo is some extra amount which filesonic gives for your effort put on certain days

    you need to request it for adding this extra money to ur account, for this do like this.

    click on the promo amount & there u can see request button press it & add the filesonic user name & password here.

    Hello,
    Would someone please tell me,
    why can I not stay logged in (with my browser [ff and ie] and with JDownloader) by Filesonic.com?
    Every 5-10 min. the browser and JDownloader are logged out, and I have to make the 'log in'-procedure again and again.

    like what security settings?
    Which kind of antivirus-settings wouldn't allow the FireFox or IE to stay logged in only in this one website?

    usually some privacy settings like clearing cookies etc, refer to antivirus manual to know more.

    Checkout filesonic news section http://www.filesonic.com/news , they will inform about the days eligible for promo, then on these days try to get as much sales & downloads a % of it will be added extra like bonus.

    My visitor complained:
    + filesonic doesn't work well recently. can't download most of recent upload.
    + Error in part 1!
    I download it 3 times and always get the same responce.
    I checked, my files was on S3, please fix soon.
