how i can check visitor are real on site?

actually i am new in seo and i have bought a web site and in analytic show 30k to 35k visitor daily and no seo done on the site and the keywords of the site is not in rank how can possible these high traffic is that any way to check? please help.

I am already checked and analytic show 70% to 80% visit comes from google like google.fr,google.ca,google.com,google.in etc and all details are availabe in analytic but i don't know why i not believe in the result because 30k-35k visit is very large number if you want check the site "6lyrics dot com".
