can i refund someone from credit card?

    Is it possible to do paypal refund from credit card?

    like if i dont have enough paypal balance will remaining funds be deducted from my credit card?

    No you cannot send the refund from your credit card. Your refund needs to be funded by PayPal account balance or bank account.

    you cant refund via cc ( as cc transfer again takes fees to paypal and it will be in loss ) as all fees with refunds are covered by paypal.

    No dear you can't do refunds with your CC , otherwise you can do this only with your Paypal balance.

    normally what people do is sending the money to paypal via CC again
