If the title confuses people I'm wondering how much page-rank juice do you get from having a link on a page which DOES NOT have a Google page rank ranking? For example, when I post this thread I'm going to have a link to my website in my signature to my website from a page which does not have a PR ranking. How much juice will this give to my website if any?
PR is not the only factor in this case. Relevancy of page content, authority of website are two other important factors IMO.
It all depends on the relevancy of the page, authority, and how estalbished the website is. Links of quality are good. PR doesn't usually matter.
exactly no one knows.. but just like what forgotten said.. dofollow, relevancy and quality really make a difference..
But is Dofollow that mandatory? I mean... Isn't google the only one calculating it? From my experience with my competition it seems the more links you have the better no matter the source or their PR...
It can help your PR even with a PR0 backlink, the important factor is that whether the page is relevant, do follow/no follow, and quality.
Maybe you can check it here. Here is PR explained, as much as it can be explained http://pr.efactory.de/
For a guy that has in sign a SEO and IM forum this question is phatetic PR is just a number stop consider it in any ecuation ...
In theory, No. While PageRank has been 'one of those' factors and signals that pass link juice, judging by PageRank along seems irrelevant. As what ForgottenCreature has said,;relevancy of the page, the weight and authority are all considered factors in passing link juice. That doesn't necessarily mean that getting links from PR 0 won't get you anything.
