Believe it or not, I just went through hell with those guys. I am glad I am no longer with them, my account expired today. I don't even want to waste my time talking about those issues. After I told Justhost I will not renew my account with them, a day later my website got hacked again lol (4th time on my personal site and more on my other sites in 1y). WoW isn't that coincident. I log onto cpanel and funny my index.php file was not there but a index.html. Oh well, the nightmare is over and now can move on to a better hosting company. Those reviews about them are becoming realistic
I can't believe this. But they actually tried to charge me again through Payal when already I told them to cancel. More headaches but in the end, I won my case on Paypal thank goodness. Paypal told me they charged me without my permission. The worst case was when Justhost had the nerves to tell me to cancel my dispute on paypal to refund my money lol....yea right, Paypal told me not to do it. Justhost deserves a Grammy Award for "MOST DISHONEST HOSTING COMPANY" and "MOST EAT ARSE HOSTING COMPANY".
You don't want to talk about it, but you seem more than willing to give them nasty labels. Won't it be more effective to tell us what had actually happened? It is also good for the rest of the members to make their own judgment based on the information given.
At first I didn't want to talk about it because I'm no longer with them until they tried to charge me again, then that becomes a different story. I don't normally like to label a business but for someone to pull a stunt like that and make it worst e.g. waste a lot of time trying to retrieve my money back...um not sure how to comment this any further?? Maybe the sarcasm wasn't necessary but for me to be this pissed off, I guess that was my way to express my experience about Justhost. Need more info did you say? There are tons out there and even on this forum. Now I won't waste my time pulling them up but I should of listen to them the first time. Oh well, you learn new things everyday. PEACE!
I think you did some mistake by your choice, may be cheap rate or some other offer etc etc. When you select any host, always look for uptime, company age & iNode limits. Do more check at the bottomlines of every services.
I bought this hosting service last month, for 1 year. My site is super sloooooooow and FTP client usually break.
