I don't think anyone can guarantee you first place and what if someone gets you to the first place somehow but it only stays there for a week or two and believe me $600 for 60 low competition keyword is nothing (that is what david is asking for) i don't think you can have a better deal if he ends up doing that

 

i did this kind of project before with much lower amount but every one can bid , the project goes to lowest bid due to feedback score .
