Hey People, So we have started a giveaway to try and increase traffic to our site and awareness... As it is today we have about 1500 uniques a day but want to grow our social network and email list. We have posted the giveaway on our site HotBuckles.com Blog/Facebook/Twitter/Stumble.... We have given it 21 days to see results... What would you recommend us to get the word out there?
Yes, Done that... Any other way beside the traditional way... something that will get wide attention.. maybe someone has a radio show connection?
Twitter campaign with compulsory retweet to enter, facebook campaign with compulsory 'like'/post to wall to enter? Timing here is another critical thing - I'd have waited until the ipad 2 launch and used the crest of that wave to carry the campaign forward.
Have you tried to post it on Twitter? Ask people to RT it for you? Also have you tried to get posts on blogs about this contest? Or have you marketed it on on other forums?
There might coupon related websites you can advertise on if that suits your demographics. Those generally let you put giveaway under the sweepstakes section.
