    PayPal has said in the notification that "the received funds cannot be used to send the payment for goods or services". Many of you have old funds in PayPal a/cs . If you have got funds , then try to send money from that one.

    So then, should all payments be done by credit card only from India ?

    What happens if I don't withdraw the paypal balance within 7 days ?

    Do you have any idea of that confirmation thing? i am still confused..remember it was written somewhere that the buyer will have to confirm that he/she has received the good/service and we have to withdraw within 7 days after confirmation?

    but it is very risky too to buy domains , hosting using pp balance from march 1.

    if paypal reverse those it will be a mess and some additional charges may be imposed by hosting providers / registrars. godaddy some time suspend all the domains and try to make some 100$ on such situations

    it will be in INR to your cc bill. They send INR to paypal with some exchange rates. you can buy goods in any currency.

    I thought Paypal would charge my card, but my Paypal balance was partially used for making the payment.
