Buying Looking for link directory or auto link submit site

I am looking as i described also in the title a site with link directory script or even better if it has auto submitter.

The "must" i need is to have spaces for ads, maybe also banner rotator,sponsors and the option to choose:
that user has either reciprosal link of the site or paid submittance as feature or free submit but longer verification (It means that these must be customizable).

The other important things i am looking is to be very simple in view and not tiring.

I am not looking for something not expensive the most i give is 150$ but must be the exact thing i am looking for.

I don't care about the domain as if it doesn't like me i will ask you to help me to change the domain name and also i don't care about trafic and revenues these are not important for me.

Every other feature it has, will be a plus for the buy and maybe if it's something special i will recalculate the price.

Also if it is script and not complete site the only thing i care is to has a demo of front end and admin in order to review it.
