When user add new channel will be asked to add Adsense Pub ID

1) it can be left blank if he didn't have ( in this case the script automatically will use admin Pub ID )

2) If the user post it wrong for example ( less than 16 digits or 123456789012345 stupid number or 11$315## ect) the script will automatically understand it and will use admin Pub ID
