Could you please clarify why it's not safe? How exactly can we create so much traffic from search engines. Is it software that googles for your site's content and then clicks on the search engine result? Wouldn't that get traced to the same IP on your PC. Like using a robot to do a page refresh?

No its not the same ip which creates visits , but its not human traffic therefore using it for adsense would increase earnings but most likely also ban your adsense account therefore this method should be used to increase rankings such as alexa,etc

Well, I think the idea is that you run it to boost the alexa for a site not yet running adsense. Google sees the increased Alexa rank and then increases your serps, then you put adsense on and kill the software...of course this assumes that the Google algo cares about Alexa ranking.
