I'm still new at Filesonic, and I have few questions:
1. I can't find the information. Is there any "Storage Used" limit amount (for example 200 GB or 500 GB, etc.) for Free users, and for Premium users?
2. Is the payout automated if I reach $15, or I have an opportunity that let me decide it I want the payment, or I want to save up in my Filesonic account (for example for later premium upgrade) ?
3. Question about this 30 days deadline of the not downloaded files delete: only the last paid download's date counts or the not paid download's date too (for example from a Premium user), and there is any opportunity to look at it what is the last download's date at a file?

1. Unlimited storage for both premium & free users
2. Yes automated payout if ur balance reaches $15, you can hold payment by deleting the paypal/alertpay email id from the field, this way u can use the money for buying filesonic premium at reduced rates.
3. files will be deleted after 30 days if that file was not downloaded, in case of premium users that files will not get deleted whether downloaded or not, if premium expires then from the next day till 30 days the files will not be deleted (for inactive files).

 

after 5 hours, files on ftp still pending....omg that sucks -.-

@Hish this is costing me money. people are complaining and refusing to download my 1gb+ files due to download speeds of 32k. do something!!!

 

@Hish: I will change RDP, and I want to know if there would be some problem with the IP which will be different in 24 hs. I dont want my account blocked. Thanks!
