    I think subscription payments will fail if we do not have CC added in our paypal account.

    When are new updates expected ? Will they post on their blog - is there any official statement from their end regarding a date/time when they will post a final update on whats gonna happen ?

    Can Indian users get a foreign paypal account? It is possible to open a bank account in the UK, Singapore and many other places but not sure how the identification / proofs are to be sorted after that. Maybe someone will jump in and provide foreign paypal account establishment services for distressed Indians.
