Free google rank and backlink checker?

Does anyone know of a free rank and backlink checker. I want something that I can download and not have to go somewhere online.

 

This would be nice.

I use google toolbar to check my page rank.
To check the back link of your site, use http://www.backlinkwatch.com or http://www.iwebtool.com/backlink_checker
