I'm still new at Filesonic, and I have few questions:
1. I can't find the information. Is there any "Storage Used" limit amount (for example 200 GB or 500 GB, etc.) for Free users, and for Premium users?
2. If I made a backup copy from one of my file in "Manage Files" menu, and DMCA removed the original file, the copied version of this file will stay in place, or removed too?
3. Is the payout automated if I reach $15, or I have an opportunity that let me decide it I want the payment, or I want to save up in my Filesonic account (for example for later premium upgrade) ?
4. Question about this 30 days deadline of the not downloaded files delete: only the last paid download's date counts or the not paid download's date too (for example from a Premium user), and there is any opportunity to look at it what is the last download's date at a file?

well, this is the kind of service i am looking for, at least hish don't call us asking stupid question like bitshare support.....
now, since fileserve is limiting the remote upload.
how about bitshare? can bitshare to filesonic or filesonic to bitshare,
I try many thing and it doesn't work????

 

Can you look into as why FTP upload keeps uploading the same file again and again, even though it gets completed 100%?

It used to work fine until about 2-3 weeks ago..

hi, filesonic support. how about my question??? i know to answer is difficult. but i am an 1 year premium user and my users consumed many premium accounts. U need to reply my question, right ? that is SERVICE. Filesonic will provide enough service to Japanese user or NOT.

What is going onlately, many of my files got deleted, files i have uploaded weeks ago, even months ago....
DMCA should be the reason, but in the last 4-5 days i got deleted more files then ever.
Is there any reason for this? or i am just unlucky?

 

u must be unlucky.. maybe filesonic is more aggressive on copyrighted files after hotfile issue

 

Filesonic please help big heart and those great affiliates who are giving you massive amounts of sales to filesonic.

For the time being at least make a manual payment by fs team to him.

 

I'm not saying anything is wrong but I haven't had any sales today either. I'm sure everyone's problem's will be tended to once the weekend is over. Hish and the guys deserve a break.
