Aviva Directory - Affiliate Program

Today the Aviva Directory Affiliate Program launches.

Payment is $20 for each paid submission.

Referrals are tracked by both IP and cookies that last 12 months.

Payments are made monthly on the first of the month to all affiliates who have earned over $50. There is a comprehensive admin panel with statistics for all affiliates.

You receive immediate notification by email each time a commission is earned.

please increase variety of banners.

it should not just say "its a directory"

it should have some attractive phrases which could attract new submitters that is helpful for both affiliatee and affiliate

At the payment information, if i have filled in my paypal email, should I also fill in the "name on the check" column and also my address?

Yes, I do need this information.

Affiliate cookies last one year. There's also IP tracking.

Sure, it's like adsense... sign up with one site but you can use the affiliate code anywhere.

I'd prefer paypal, but you can always PM me or email me to make special arrangements. Checks seem so old fashioned but I can arrange this.
